I love herbs and spices, not only for their flavors but also for their medicinal effects. And if I had to pick one health all-star, it would have to be turmeric, the spice born of the curcuma longa plant that gives curries their rich golden yellow color. It’s more than just a tasty flavor-enhancer though.
It’s no secret that I love to eat, and my favorite food of all? Avocados. I’m bananas for them! Avocados are truly one of nature’s little miracle foods, and I encourage you to enjoy them several times a week.

Fat is absolutely essential for every function of the body and brain, so shorting yourself on this delicious stuff may well be doing more harm than good.
