Walking. Most of us have been doing it since we were very little kids. Not only is it an excellent way to get from one spot to the next, it's an excellent, and often underrated, form of exercise that far too many people simply don’t do enough of. Long commutes, sedentary jobs, family and social obligations make finding time tough, but walking is an essential health-booster that I urge everybody to fit into their day – even if it’s only for a few minutes at a time.
Magnesium is so important for our wellbeing, playing a role in over 300 important enzymatic functions in the body. Yet most of us aren’t getting enough in our daily diets - due to depleted soil that our food is grown in and the prescription and over-the-counter drugs we are taking.
Muscles. We all have them, and without them, we’d have a pretty tough time moving through the day. If you spend much of the week behind a desk and commuting to an office, chances are, the answer is ‘no,’ even if you do manage to get a few workouts in during the week.
