12 Podcasts and Books to Inspire Wellness in 2021

The brand new year of 2021 is upon us and rarely have so many been so eager to pass the torch from one year to the next. Though 2021 may kick off with a bit less of the traditional glitz and fanfare, virtually all of us welcome this opportunity to move forward, with the feeling that there is light at the end of the tunnel. That anticipation will be tempered by hard-won wisdom, as well as a deeper appreciation for the simple pleasures, gifts and moments, both large and small, that have carried us through this difficult past year.

If nothing else, all these pandemic months have shown us all too clearly just how important health really is, driving the point home in no uncertain terms. Yes, be it physical, mental or emotional, your health truly is everything, and self-care is the way forward for all of us in 2021 and beyond.

Though we may have a few more challenging months ahead to contend with, your mission is to stay the course, and stay on the wellness path. To inspire that wellness journey – not only for you but for those in your ‘bubble’ too – here’s my list of favorite ‘words from the wise,’ shared on my Tune Into Wellness podcasts this past year, plus a few very special books that I encourage everyone to read. Think of these as your wellness on-ramp!
